This class is a mixed class designed to improve strength and cardio-vascular fitness.
This class is for competition fighters only
This class is for the more experienced .It involves punching bags,focus pads,punching with light weights, skipping,sit -ups push-upsect. Its a great fast class.
Ages 10-16 years boys and girls ,juniors are taught the basic boxing fundamentals, its a non contact class where students learn hand and foot co-ordination along with correct punching technique.
This class can be designed as a more private beginners class or for the more experienced a high intensity boxing class. You will work with Paul , on speed , strength and power and learn to throw a multitude of boxing combinations
